Stacy McNeely - Creator of Able Care Connect LLC
A Registered Nurse and business professional, Stacy McNeely most recently served as National Director of Transitional Care Coordination at The Goodman Group in Chaska, Minnesota. Tasked with creating strategies to improve patient care and reduce patient readmission rates, Stacey McNeely created Able Care Connect LLC, a Medicare-certified home health agency that incorporates Medicare TCM codes as a billable service.
Prior to joining the Goodman Group, Ms. McNeely served as a Device Nurse with the University of Minnesota Physicians Heart Clinic and 11 years as an RN with Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. In the latter position, she received an Ovation Award for outstanding service and patient care.
Outside of work, Ms. McNeely supports several animal rescue organizations. She volunteers with and raises funds for Can-Do-Canines, an organization that trains assistance dogs and gifts them to individuals with disabilities, and supports Underdog Rescue, which rescues dogs being used for breeding. She adopted a seven-year-old English sheepdog named Frankie and has fostered rescue dogs for the organization.
